Refund and Cancellation

At Rusticdior We believe in providing you the best  Handicraft products and we also believe in your happiness and customer satisfaction. if you have received damaged/defective goods, you can apply for a replacement/refund. As these products are handcrafted personally by our skilled artisans so they would not be technically “Perfect” as compared to factory made but these small imperfections are what make our products antique, unique and give a perfect vintage look.

Returns

  • Returns accepted, Please write to us before returning the item
  • The buyer should contact us within 20 days of receiving the item
  • A refund will be given in refund or replacement on the buyer’s choice.
  • Return shipping will be paid by the buyer.
  • Item must be returned in its original condition.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@rusticdior.com

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received, we will process your refund within 24 hours after clearly inspected.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 1-2 days. Please read the disclaimer carefully mentioned below every product before purchasing.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please click a picture and send it to us in case of defective and damaged goods and send us an email at sales@rusticdior.com  and we will provide you the address of the warehouse where you can send the product for return.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
